From design to turnkey solution: first construction for Serena & Manente.
KOPRON, the leading company in the industrial logistics sector, introduces KOPRON Engineering: a new division specializing in the development and implementation of “turnkey solutions”.
From Project consulting to turnkey constructions, the division addresses to the entrepreneurs and the companies that wish to invest in the construction of small and medium-sized buildings. The first major contract was signed with Serena & Manente, a company specializing in products for agriculture, both professional and hobby.

KOPRON Engineering is a valid alternative to the classic Construction Companies, by offering complete and customized services where the General Contractor is the responsible for construction timing, costs and quality of the building.
The main features of the project:
- Useful floor area: about 2,100 sqm, divided between warehouse, offices and store
- External paved surface: about 4,700 sqm
- Facades made of prefabricated thermal panels with transmittance U = 0.30 w / mqK
- Industrial flooring made of colored natural oxides and a protective hardening treatment with nanotechnology based on lithium silicates
- Air conditioning system realized with technologies that respect 50% of primary energy requirement produced from renewable energies
- Flat roof realized with a polyolefin covering, suitable for photovoltaic installation, with transmittance U = 0.25 w / mqK
- Led lighting system
- Detailed analysis of the colors and outer finishes
- Study of the composition of elements and accessories

Turnkey building solutions: the quality of the final result
The division also offers EPCM services (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) to all the Customers who need a project coordination starting from the first stages of a project. Advisory services such as: integrated design and engineering, feasibility studies, project management and customer assistance in carrying out all the administrative procedures necessary to obtain the Planning Permissions for the construction of a building.
Amongst the other significant projects followed by KOPRON Engineering, we mention a warehouse of 1,000 sqm for HITACHI in Calabria, a logistics platform of 3,000 sqm with 1,100 sqm of offices under construction for ITX CARGO near Varese and a changing room project for the SPAL Football Club in Ferrara.
